"Have been using your sinus rinse with xylitol three times a day for 2 years. It was recommended by my ENT and Sinus surgeon. Good product. Gets a little pricey when your using a box every 20 days. Wish it was available in larger boxes at a larger price."
"I had sinus surgery and turbinate tissue was removed on both sides. A large portion (too much) of my medial turbinate was removed on the left side. Therefore, my nasal passages and sinuses are so, so dry. Uncomfortably dry. I can't sleep without a humidifier dry. It also doesn't help the I live in the desert. I already drink a ton of water so that wasn't a contributing factor. It has made exercising outside uncomfortable because exerted breathing dries me out even more. I was already using the sinus rinse with the standard packets twice a day and saline gel to moisturize my nasal passages. My sinus doctor recommended trying the packets with Xylitol and much to my surprise, they have helped with the dryness. I am by no means "moisturized" but I don't have to carry a tube of saline gel and Q-tips with me whenever I leave the house. If I forget to top off my humidifier and it runs out of water while I am asleep, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night in a panic because it feels like I can't breath. They cost more than the standard packets but for me, they are worth every single penny."

"I’m an RN and have been using NeilMed sinus rinse products for a couple decades. I had nasal surgery and my Head/Neck surgeon suggested saline products with xylitol since I was have some irritation with the traditional saline, baking soda. I now prefer the Neil Med Sinus Rinse with Xylitol, however it’s difficult to find in stores. So I order from the Neil Med site which is much easier."
